Should my certificte of authencity have a label on it with a serial #? MY new opteron does but my old amd 4000+ does not. I have sold the 4000+ just recently but the buyer wants the COA aswell, but for some reason..there is no label..the 4000+ was bought brand new from newegg...does the buyer expect to have a label on there?
Just something really weird..
Btw, the serial number is on the box's but he wants the manual with the coa..
