I don't know wich burner i should go with. I'm debating over these two. I'm am not sure which one is better.

Good question. After my Plextor 708 DIED, I bought the 3550a. I did my research at club.cdfreaks.com.
I don't think the plextors are worth their money, but that's probably just because I had one bad experience.

Get the Cheapest one.. unless you really really must have that 2mb/s speed boost...
