it's to max oc an X2 3800+ and 7800GTX using:

Swiftech STORM
Swiftech MCW60
Danger Den D5

also, suggestions on fans are appreciated.

I had two Nexus/Yate Loon 120mm fans and they were super quiet and therefor didn't push lot of air, but it doesn't matter really cos BIP is designed to be used with low speed fans.

Nexus are slower than yates. Rewound motor. You can call Yate Loon up and have the fans rewound pretty much any which way you want.. provided you buy enough to make it worth the price.

Pro.

Yate Loon D12SL-12.

this Pro (http://www.voyeurmods.com/index.php?action=item&id=1456&prevaction=category&previd=2&prevstart=0), right (not the Xflow)?

Yate Loon D12SL-12 1350 RPM @ 12V, 47 CFM, 28dB

Thermaltake Big Typhoon's fan is 1300 RPM, 54CFM, 16dB

anyone know what the model # on that fan is?

Don't think Big Typhoon's fan is Yate Loon. Thermaltake has used eveflow fans in their case's and coolers. Yate Loon is quieter and have better quality.

edit. Please note the specs about noise that manufactor's gives are not even close to reality.

Theyre not *that* ludicrous. I have some SilenX that are sipposed to be 14dBA, 64CFM . I can tell you my Yates push more air (not much, just a shade more) and are considerably quieter. Ive tested all my fans side-dy-side with my Yates (including my 150+cfm delta)...

And of course, i buy 2 Yate Loons shipped from the USA for the price of 1 Akasa/Antec/Vantec/Nexus/Thermatake fan shipped from the UK. Funny world eh.

I desided to buy BIP 3 and 3 x Yate Loon D12SL-12 120mm fans for it and I would like to know how much my water temperature will decrease? Now I have BIP 2 and 2 x 120mm Akasa (1400rpm) fans. I will mount the rad on the roof outside of my case.

Voyeurmods.com (http://www.voyeurmods.com/index.php?action=item&id=1456&prevaction=category&previd=2&prevstart=0) - $89.95
Jab-tech.com (http://www.jab-tech.com/Black-Ice-Pro-III-Triple-120mm-Radiator-Black-pr-2985.html) - $49.95

jab-tech is very sure they will have stock on HW BIPIII's the end of next week. I was also told that the full line of CoolingWorks rads would be there mid week if not sooner.

you can if you like it for some reason, but its not neccesary.

douirc

thank you. don't want it if i don't need it. concern was with the deadspots from the fans, but if the difference is nominal, no reason to spend more money.
