HX drive strength

Hello. I just got a new set of G.skill HX 2gb and I am going to start doing some overclocking on the ram. I was wondering what was the best drive/data strength for this type of ram.

Any help would be appreciated.

for ultra-d sli-dr are 7/3 or 7/2, 8/1
but it really depends on ur hardware

And what about TREF? Should I leave it at 3120?

3684 is good but 3120 will work also
