Hi, my Asus Probe says that my 12 Volt is out of threshhold. Here is a pic of asus probe.. why is it out of threshold? What voltage is this? Is it bad? And how can i fix it?

well first i'd check the actual voltage using a DMM. if it is actually that far off, you may need to buy a new PSU.

what brand of PSU do you have?

The Bios is reading between 12.58 and 12.88 volts.. is that bad? Its an Allied 400watt psu

Ok, i have a DMM, but where to i test the 12V at? Just any Yellow and black plug coming off the psu?

I have a Mulit Meter, it isnt one with a digital screen, but a normal one. What setting do i set the knob to in order to test the 12v voltage? Than i touch the red cable to a Yellow cable in my case, and the black cable to one of the blacks? Let me know.. thanks

you'll want to set the multimeter to V with the flat line above it, or DC volts. also, you want to put it as close to 12V as possable without going under. for example, if it has a 2v, 20v and 200v range, set it to 20v.

yeah, measure from the molex connector.
