Sunbeam sonds like a peace of crap.
Its better to Buy Seasonic/Antec/OCZ for cheap, not to kill your system suddenly.

my fanless Antec Phantom can handle 3700+ @ 325*10 1,65v and 7800gt @ 535/1300 1,6v

Well is it better than Chieftec 420w ?
And 12v rails are 12v1-18A 12v2-16A
It cost me 92 euros.

It should be able to handle it no problem......but dont be suprised if it dies within the first week and takes the rest of the system with it. Personally I would stay away from both Cheiftec and Sunbeam..........and 92 Euros for that psu seems quite high!
