Ok, i know we have chefs out there lets see the recipes.

My contribution ::

BBQ chicken!

Take some chicken breast and defrost it
Dice it and trow it in a pan with some olive oil
cook all the way through
while cooking pull apart chicken to desired size
turn off flame and slather in favorite sauce while still in pan
mix in pan
throw on plate

eat / bench

Swordfish:

warm a 10" skillet with olive oil and minced garlic, then drain the skillet.

Add 1/2 pound swordfish steaks to skillet on medium heat and warm for 20-30 seconds.

Add chili poweder, old bay, and garlic pepper in desired amounts to the top of the steaks. Cover the base of the skillet in red wine.

When the wine has evaporated flip the steaks over and repeat.

When the wine evaporates again, flip the steaks a final time, pour a small amount of red wine over the top of the steaks, add additonal old bay and parsley.

increase to high heat for 20-30 seconds, then serve.

Cherry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Margarine -- Melted
24 ounces Cream Cheese -- Softened
3/4 cup Sugar
3 each Large Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
21 ounces Cherry Pie Filling (1 cn)
Instructions:
Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees F., 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees F., 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperatur to 250 degrees F., continue baking 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Top with pie filling just before serving.

macaroni and cheese my style

get mostacholi(sp?)

boil water

put in mostacholi(sp?)

cook mostacholu(sp?) until soft

take out mostacholi(sp?)

put kraft sprinkle cheese stuff on it

put in 1/2 table spoon butter and a little bit of milk

stir

eat and enjoy

Chocolate Orange Supreme Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 cup Chocolate Wafer Crumbs
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 tablespoon Margarine -- Melted
32 ounces Cream Cheese -- Softened
3/4 cup Sugar
4 each Large Eggs
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Semi-sweet Choc. ChipsMelted
2 tablespoon Orange Flavord Liqueur
1/2 teaspoon Grated Orange Peel
Instructions:
Combine crumbs, cinnamon and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring- form pan. Bake at 325 degrees F., 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Blend chocolate into 3 cups batter; blend liqueur and pell into remaining batter. Pour chocolate batter over crust. Bate at 350 degrees F., 30 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F. Spoon remianing batter over chocolate batter continue baking 30 minutes more. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.

Morning : wake up, light a cig, make some coffee, and open a bottle of Wine.
Afternoon : Light a cig, make some coffe, finish the morning bottle of Wine.
Evening : Light a cig, make some coffee, open a new bottle of extra fine Wine.
Snacks in between, have a packet of cigs laying around.

Warning : If you have synthetic materials, be careful when you light your cig.

Texas Style BBQ Beef Ribs
Ingredients:
2 racks of beef back ribs (7 ribs per rack)
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. ground oregano
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Combine all spices. Rub over surface of ribs to coat well.
Preheat oven to 300° F.
Place ribs on a rack in a roasting pan. Add 1/2-inch of water to bottom of pan. Cover pan with foil and tightly seal edge.
Bake at 300° F for 2 hours.
Remove ribs from pan and place on grill over medium coals for 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce.
Cut between ribs to serve.
