I recently installed a new AN7 mobo, it won't post so its hard to diagnose whats wrong. The error code is 9.0.
All the components attached to the board work fine on my old board.
Radeon 9600 pro, Athlon xp3000 barton 1gb adata pc 3200. Hard drive etc.
Please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9.0 is usually the result of a bad flash or dead motherboard or cpu.
If it is a new build have you tried reseting the cmos jumper?

try to use anover CPU. It helps!!!

Maybe your bios is blank or Your chip dead. you can try with another chip .

did you remember to delete the old drivers? cus when i upgraded it screwed..

I had the same problem with my aa8xe and pentium 4 630...2 boards were broken...the cpu was the problem, it had a black mark on it
so maybe your cpu is broken
