I have the 2x1GB HX G.Skill RAM, and an Ultra-D with the 11/14 official BIOS. I have them in the orange slots. These are the settings I am using:

CPC= Enable
Tcl= 3
Trcd= 3
Tras= 0
Trp= 2
Trc= 8
Trfc= 12
Trrd= 2
Twr= 3
Twtr= 2
Trwt= 2
Tref= 0648
Twcl= 1
DRAM Bank Interleave= Enable

DQS Skew Control= Auto
DQS Skew Value= 0
DRAM Drive Strength= Level 7
DRAM Data Drive Strength= Level 3
Max Async Latency= 7ns
DRAM Response Time= Normal
Read Preamble Time= 5.5ns
IdleCycle Limit= 8 Cycles
Dynamic Counter= Disable
R/W Bypass= 16x
Bypass Max= 7x
32 Byte Granularity= Disable(4 bursts)

This is using the 150 divider at 2.7v, which gives me DDR500. But for the life of me I can't get them to budge 1 step over 250MHz. Please help me, I really need to get them to 260MHz so I can make my new overclock more worthwhile, otherwise I need to keep them at 237MHz which is such a waste! Please help me, I really would do almost anything to get them to 260MHz. (or even 254 for that matter). How much voltage will they take? Will voltage even help?
