Hello, soon I'll finally complete my first watercooling setup consisting of a storm block, BIX 2, D5 and San Ace fans !
I'm just wondering how much your overclocking increased with water, right now I run my X2 with an old zalman 7000Cu fan and it can't really handle the heat produced when overclocking.

It would be great if you guys could write down your clocks before and after watercooling, so I know what to expect !

Well on my old 2.8C I was able to get it up to 270fsb on stock volts, not stable on some Zalman air cooler. Once I went watercooling, one bump in vcore let me get 277fsb stable.

This kind of comparison is like saying it will be cold in Los Angeles because it is cold in Antartica..

If you told us what temps you get at the moment with the X2 on stock we might have a bit more of an idea.

Well, with 2,5ghz and stock volts ( 1,35v ) I get around 48c load.
I've tried 2,7ghz @ 1,55v and then the load temps were about 56c :(

Water cooling does give you more overclocking headroom. If you feel temperatures are holding you back then go for it... :D
