F1-3200dsu2-1gble BSOD

Was testing some other mem yesterday. When I put my G.Skill mem back I switched the slots they were in.

Machine has BSOD twice now with mem running @ 270, previously I have had mem running fine @ 292 ???

Basic Setting are 1:1 2.5,3,3,6 7,13

Do you have links to any programs I can check mem with in windows.. or would you recommend checking using the memtest DOS cd 1st..

Which option should I be using in memtest DOS ver?
Which option should I be using for memtest windows ver?

Lastly how long should I be running mem checking program for ?

Silly question time.....

I have 1Gb (2x512Mb) of mem, what should I be putting in the the window.

Unused memory
1024
open 2 instances and put 512 in each

???
