Hey now, everytime I run superPI it reboots my PC, i have a 3700+ at 2.8ghz, water cooled, 1 gig OCZ ram running at stock settings. Ive done everything from running upto 1.65 volts, changing ram, psu, unplugging stuff that doesnt need to be running, and it still reboots the PC. Heres the weird part though, I can run prime95 allday long with no errors..

Also how off is the temps on the K8N neo plat2? this mobo is reporting 52C under load? haha I dont think so, yea the block is making good contact, and im running 2 rads  thanks for any help guys :)

What's your DRAM and Chipset Voltage at? If you're still running stock volts on both try givin' them a bump of .1v each and see if that stabilizes things.

You might be running ram timings a little too tight as well, loosen some settings and see if that alleviates the issue.
