Benching my super cold bugged 170 on dry ice and decided to give it a shot. Temps rose a lot. Sitting in windows I see -65C tube base and 241C smart guardian (-14C) at 1.73v 3.2ghz. Now when I start dual 8m pi my temps go to -66.5C tube base and 236C smart guardian (-19C). One of my 8M's also completes 2 loops and about 30 seconds ahead of the other. What's up with that? Has anyone else using the MPS driver on a dual core experienced this odd pi time difference? And why is my load temp lower than my idle?
On a side note, eating BBQ before benching is a bad idea ;) I also need to find something better than super glue to told VRs on for my vmods... My 2 VRs fell off one of my GTs at some point. At least this BBQ induced bathroom trip is giving the glue time to set :lol:
