Hello, I have an Opteron 165, 2gb G.Skill Exteme DDR500, DFI nF4 ultra d (704-2bta bios). I have the cpu @ 2709(301 X 9) (HTT X 3). At these settings my computer will not boot up without backing the memory divider down to 133. 2T or 1T makes no difference. I will list all my settings. Help!

do you try 1:1 1st and see it works on 250 or not?

Ram will work at 1:1 with everything default including cpu.

might be the problem due to the divider, maybe is relate to your cpu

Well it boots up just fine and appears stable with 280X9 and 180 divider but goes downhill from here.

Will 260~270x9 1:1 (200 div) work?

No, 270X9 isn't even stable on the 180 divider. I have to back off to the 166.
