Ahhh - I'll search for other threads on this. Was wondering if I should return the Dell 2405 I just got and wait for the 2407 and vid cards that will support HDCP.

Why are you worry about vista now?
It will be out in november and games that will use it in a way that matter ( except halo2) will be ready only in 18 months...and HACKS should be available all over the net to go around it at that time;don't you think so? ;)

I guess I'm not sure when Vista really will be out and how many *workarounds* will exist at that point. I get very frustrated at making major investments and seeing the real deal come along 2 months later. The only major opportunity for that I have missed lately was the x1800xt - LOL! Glad I fought the urge off on that one.
