clan titles

OK I want to create titles for our clan members..

Eric was nice enough to generate teh correct order for promotion amoung military personel.

Non-Comm.
Private
Private second class
Private first class
Specialist / Corporal
Seargent
Staff Seargent
Seargent First Class
Seargent Major
2nd leutinent
1st leutenent
captain
major


My question is how do we establish - who is what??

how are they to be earned??

Um, no... with no one to battle we are an orginization of primates...

A scheme with ladders and tornaments before central rank. What purpose will central ranks hold? Does the person above me get to tell me what to do and stuff?

kinda, just to show experience .. kinda like in here - new member, member, xtreme member, assist mod, moderator, super mod, admin

Don't get me wrong, I think GR clans are a good way to go... but rank will just cause distension.

What kind of clan has a clan with nothing to fight? Seems crazy to me. There needs to be a structure of divisions like in sports. Recuit clans with X members and put them in X divisions. Have games set up among the clans and then worry about internal rank.

I see your point and agree.... there has to be other clans.. if not any newb joining the server becomes instant - rent-a-clan of sorts...

this won't be an instant thing ...it will take time but I want to start ball rolling to work out details.

The first name is correct, as far as case sensitive, the latter two, I'm pretty sure they're right, but not 100%.
