I have cut the L12 bridge to enable me to have a higher multiplier which does work. The only thing is that when I use my default multiplier (12.5) It wont boot into windows but when I use 11.5 or under its very stable. I'm running a 200FSB and Vcore of 1.85 and VDimm of 2.7. I have an XP2600 333 and an Asus A7N8X.
I really can't figure out why it won't let me use a 12 or 12.5 multipler. If you have any ideas please respond.

Either way a lil bump wont hurt ya... someone will be by saying it happened to them probably.

this is very strange, I just put my multiplier back to 12 just to see if anything else would happen and when It goes to the windows boot screen a blue screen comes up and it restarts. It was a long list of numbers and letters. It looked like a memory error screen. But it still doesn't make sense.

your thread isn't really what I was looking for but thanks trying.
My problem is that I can get multipliers up to 12.5 but when I use a high FSB with my 12.5 mulitplier it won't boot into windows. The same thing happens when I use a 12 multiplier. But for some reason, when I use a 11.5 multiplier everything runs perfect and completely stable at 200FSB.

I think 13x is the sweet spot. I can't recall who it was but an early nf7s user said he could only get the system stabe at 13x and not 12.5x. Don't take my word for it. See what bowman comes up with when he tests out his higher multipliers at high fsb
