Was there much ice on the metal brackets your've used?
penis-pot might have been more appropriate ;)
nice man :D
wow nice results with that pot of yours, gorillakos :)
Can you give us some dimensions?
Base thickness? wall thickness at the bottom?
Sectional drawing?
Thanks :)

Lovely unit with records to back it. Good work guys!
Little tip for next time; use some springs on your mount. They will help.

springs would help? with hipro5 mounting stuff into his CPU?, naaaah i don't think so!
he is obsessed with applying TOO much power in evaps/HSFs that springs are useless
check what happened to the old evap and it's contact with the 7800gtx 512 :D

Been there done that. I tighten my coolers until the board won't power on. Still need springs.

When pushing down the foam; the foam works as springs...

03-08-2006, 05:44 AM
Because Hipro says Esdee is bringing him bad luck. So Hipro put garlic all over the place before benching :D

I am thinking of making the place that contacts with the cpu golden...what are you thinking?
Gold is more effective than copper..:D

Just nickel plate the entire pot.
SlackeR
08-06-2006, 09:23 AM
I am not sure if it changes. But gold is less efficent in terms of thermal conduction than copper at room temp.
Silver is better than and cheaper than gold, but i think they cross at some temp.
Diamond is great! ;)
