Hi,

I was wondering if these settings were any good? I could not run my RAM at 1:1 at 1T without it giving me errors in Prime and other stress test programs.

Please see image attached.

if you run it on DDR400, the timing should be 2-3-2-5
and 1st make sure your CPU is stable at the speed!
other than CAS 2.5 -> 2 ; others are good

The problem is, when I change it to DDR400 or "MEMCLK Frequency" to "200" as shown in the screenshot in A64 Tweaker, it would become unstable whilst stress testing, unless I run it at 2T.

what mobo you use

also when you set MEMCLK Frequency to 200, it is runing at 1:1
which is DDR480 2.5-3-2-5, with that speed maybe CL3-3-2-5 would work on 1T

I am using the ASUS A8N-SLI Premium (http://uk.asus.com/products4.aspx?l1=3&l2=15&l3=0&model=539&modelmenu=1) motherboard.

Yep that's what I mean. When I change the MEMCLK Frequency to 200, it would be unstable at 1:1, unless I change it to 2T. However even 1T and at 1:1 with timings CL3-3-2-5... it would force stress tests to fail, and I've tried putting 2.8v through the G.Skill ZX and it still fails. I've seen you and many other people put it at CL3-3-2-5 at 1:1. I can't even get it at 240 at CAS3 latencies.

i am really sry, but do you have an other board that you can check. with friend or someone has DFi Ultra-D mobo. ASUS A8N mobo has many many problems with memory compatible issues with high FSB.... :(

Nooooo.... you can't be serious? Ah well... I've managed 2.6GHz on my dual core with RAM at 188MHz but was hoping to get it at 1:1 240MHz x 11.

I've tried pushing 2.85v through the RAM but to no avail. Hmm... if anyone else manages a better overclock with this RAM - please inform me! :(

you should lower the voltage to see. UCCC chips doen't like too much voltage. and active cooling is good too..
