Where to measure Volts on Ti cards

Sup. I have done my first vmod on my Ti4400. I originally used 2 1kohm resistors for the job, and got good results, but now want to do more fine tuning to grab all the performance she will give me.

I am having trouble finding where to measure the spec voltage for core and mem. I need these values so I know what to set my 5k pots to for first boot.

Any help would be gr8.
