A64 tweak =is a program to change-adjust the timmings values of the rams in the windows [on the fly] and the values of memcontroller so u dont need to reboot all the time to apply a change.
cpu-z = provides information about the cpu [code name , vcore , frequency , htt]
smartguardian = is a monitoring program = info about temps [cpu chipset pwm] , fan rpm [cpu - chipset pwm] and also u can change the fan speed with this. , info about voltages [cpu . ram , chipset , ldt , 3.3 -5 -12 <---last 3 is the psu rails ]

Thats all from my excellent English .

oh yes , im sorry .

super pi is a test clock [<--cpu] speed by calculating from 16k up to 32million digits.

well explained by athens, but id just like to add that although superpi will test cpu stability, it is seen as more of a quick memory test, that will stress memory more that cpu as such, use prime for real stressing of your cpu.
