Should these two hdd's miss this much space?

my 250gb WD's are reading as 232gb, should there be that much of a reserve for badsectors and what not? sounds a bit much.

Wow is that how you work it out how much is lost due to the whole hardware and software people measuring the sizes diffferently. Cheers. :>
