X-Fi VS Audigy 2 ZS

Whats the difference between these two cards?

Will I notice a difference going from my Audigy 2 ZS to the X-Fi while using Logitech Z5500 5.1's?

I just installed my X-Fi (upgraded from Audigy 2 ZS) and the sound is definitely better (on promedia ultra 5.1)
