Anyone know if there is one yet? Thanks. I know Icee was working on it but Haven't seen any methods made public. Thanks guys.

I think the core is the same as KX7...only goes to 2v and the mem is a very hard mod to do. I wonder if an easier mem mod will surface? I am thinking of doing the core but scared of the mem.

Correct Dude, I got the core done its pretty easy. Mem, lol thats a whole nother ballgame. Im sure it can be done and Ive soldered my share of ics but ill hold off for the moment. I wanna see what this new nf7s can do with just a core and vdd and pc3500 xms. Hopefully Randi will empathize with my plight and drop a little info on us for the vdd.

vdd and vmem is what im waiting for as well.

The vmem is sorta hard as you have to de-solder a ic leg and resolder a resistor between the leg and the pad. The best idea i have for attempting this mod would be to take a set of smd grabbers hold the ic leg and then desolder all the while applying a slight upward pressure. Hopefully this would give you enough space to fit in a resistor. If/when i get the vdd mod Im gonna attempt this one to get my memory past 217. Im not even sure it can do that as im stuck at 205 right now on the nf7s with no vdd.

That is why I'm waiting for the Vdd and Vmem mod. Waiting for Mr.ICee's new possible method.

I'm at 217mhz FSB@ 5-2-2-2.0@ Dual channel on my NF7 rev1.0 as well. Did run 3DMark@ 217mhz FSB but it was a little unstable and didn't get as high scores due to little lacking on the Vdd and Vmem voltages.

At 213mhz FSB, it's diamond stable in any thing. 3Dmark is way too easy to run. Ran loops for hours and zero crashes. I've got the world-record highest GF3 ti200 score with this OC setup. he...he....

Wow you guys are lucky, I cant seem to figure out whats holding me back on the fsb. I have the new nf7-s(xms 3500) with the holes and im only able to get to ~200 stable enough to run 3dmark. I cut the l12 on the cpu and ahve the vmod done. It is an improvement however from my a7n8x where i was only able to get to like 188 stable for 3d(before vdd mod)

Have you done NB cooling mod on the first one(rev1.0)? and have you done the same on the second one(rev1.1)?

I'd also like to know how to do the vdd mod...
I have seen some guides 4 the epox, but don't know if it's the same on the abit.

As for the Vcore... it would me the same mod as here, right? http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1432
