I have a question about the 2x1gb pc3200 zx kit that I just ordered from newegg:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231032

What is the max recommended voltage for this kit? Is it tccd, uccc or other? What is the max operating temp that it should be kept under?

Max recommended voltage is 2.7V, it uses Infineon chips and doesn't respond too well to voltage increase.

I have heard a lot of good things about this ram. I tried the ballistix 2x1gb pc4000 kit and it went bad within a month and got it replaced. The replacement kit lasted 2 weeks so I decided to go with this ram and when the second ballistix replacement comes in it will go on ebay without being opened.

2.6~2.8v is ok! but over 2.7v is better have active air cooling~ :)
it is using infineon chips

One last question about this memory. My opteron 170 does 10x270 with no problems. I was looking to run this gskill ram using a 9/10 divider which would put the memory running at 243htt. Is this memory known to do that speeds with 2.5-3-2-8 settings? I know there is no guarantee but I was wondering if other modules of this same zx were able to hit this speed with those settings?

the old 2GBHX used BE-5 can does 2.5-3-2-x to 250 but no more BE-5.....
2GBZX would be hard to push to 24x with cas 2.5-3-2-8
