I'm not really a case modder myself, but I have a project that I need to do to make a side panel work with my current case. I need 2 holes cut in the current plexi window for 90mm fans. What do you modders out there use to cut a hole in plexi like that?

I use a hole saw. You just have to be careful to not press to hard or it will crack the plexi.

I use a circular bit for my drill, that measures 80mm.
You can also buy it in 87mm, 92mm and 120mm. Perfect for modding in other words:)

use a slightly smaller holesaw than the fan is wide... that way you won't have gaps at the top/bottom/left/right edge of the hole... a holesaw in reverse can work well because it kinda scrapes the acrylic away instead of cutting in... if the holesaw bites the acrylic when rotating forward then you'll get a big chunk fly out and possibly a crack... probably a good idea to mask the whole area front and back...

I always lay in a layer of wood over and under the area to be drilled. Old woodworkers trick to stop tearout when drilling expensive or finished wood.
I did this when drilling for a 120 blowhole and it came out nice and clean.
You need to clamp the wood blocks so they don't move.
Good Luck

i just cut three 120 mm holes in my sidepanel of my TT case. Used a dremel. Traced the holes using a fan grill. Then cut just a bit less than the actual circle and then used a sander bit to scrape the side off. Looks pretty good and all the uneveness gets hidden from the grill. I didnt have a holesaw so dremel was the best option .

I still can't picture 3x 120's in the side of my case, since you have the same one. :|
