This Mobility X1400 was shown off by Fujitsu on its new Yonah model FMV-BIBLO NX90R/W (its specification (http://www.fmworld.net/product/hard/pcpm0512/biblo_loox/nx/method/)) and the (p)review was posted at pc.watch.impress.co.jp (http://pc.watch.impress.co.jp/docs/2005/1226/hotrev281.htm) (no test result included). The X1400 was configed with 128MB memory with also support for Hypermemory that can rise the GPU memory to 256MB, no information about GPU clock given in the spec.
Also, its spec was listed at ATi too :D , but no GPU/MEM clock speed are indicated.

I will ask for complete specs when I visit them on Friday. The demo units are there and they look all right.
