Not so hot, they are quite light on the bass, but it is pretty tight.

just how weak on bass are these some1 on a local forum is selling for 125$ new might be able to get them as low as 100$

If you're a basshead, the Beyerdynamic DT770's are for you. They are about as heavy as it gets.

hmm, i can't seem to find them availble in canada, whats the going rate on em?

$180 shipped from http://www.meier-audio.com. Beyer makes a new model every year, so they just discontinued the '05 model, and you can them pretty cheap. Not sure if they ship to Canada.
