View Full Version : highest SAFE vdd?

I did the VDD mod and im currently running at 1.85VDD. I got artifacts in 3d games around 202fsb now at 1.85 I get them around 209FSB. Is it safe to go up to say 1.95 or is that pushing it? I have a vantec iceberg on my northbridge.
i heard some people run at +2.0V with good cooling on NB no problem.

I guess if i was getting close to a harmful vdd i would have instability before anything actually goes out.

Yup, just try it out as you go, little steps at a time :) When you get lockups, turn it back a little.
