I have a nforce 4 ultra mobo, and an amd 64 3500+, and im not sure whether i should get..

2GBZX for DDR400~DDR520 3-3-2-5 but gameing is around DDR500 3-3-2-5
and
2GBHZ for DDR500~DDR560 3-4-4-8 all speed will run 3D no problem
