Advantages:

dont get so warm -> get the noiselevel down.

Any suggestions? What should i do??

I don't quite understand what you're getting at here, but anyway....

If you already have the TEC, why not keep using that? Is there any particular reason not to? And more cooling = better, of course :D.

well... i meant that if i dont use the TEC then the water dont get so hot witch means that i can run the fans on like 5v... but im have desided? to use the TEC anyway, gonna get another radiator instead maybe :)

Another disadvantage:

+$40 on your utilities

I think I'm gonna find an apartment with utilities included :D.
