Look @ the 2nd to last comment. Says people @ XS (here) got it to DDR500 @ 3-4-4-8???!

Is this TRUE?...

Depends on which chips it has. If it has UCCC it could be possible :)

My purpose is to buy 2 sticks for dual channel. I have no money to put down 200$.

You can expect something between 230-240 Mhz with good timings.
I have 2 of those and I managed 240Mhz, 2.5-3-3-7 with them.
Anything higher resulted in memtest errors.
Other sticks might perform different though, no oc garantueed.

All in all, can't beat it for it's price.
But if you really wanna run at 250Mhz, get the GBHZ series. Only 200$ but excellent performers.
