After the vdd mod is done to the 8rda+ are there any bad side effects.

I suspect if you don't blow the board you should be fine. Anytime you overvolt anything, you decrease it's life. I doubt it will die out before you are done with it anyway...

will i save it lifespan if i watercool the NB put the stock on the SB and the WC volt regultar too.

Personaly I'd of thought the heat would shorten the lifespan not the Volts themselves, within reason of course!...

What is the 'safe' limit for overvolting v~core and V~mem?. 2.20 & 3.10???...

If you have a cheap-ass PSU (like I do) the +5V rail will be a bit lower, and the +12V rail a bit higher, just like they do when you increase vCore.

I just did the VDD mod on my 8RDA+, 1.85V now :)

I'm running at 210 FSB now (200 was max stable before the mod), haven't tried higher yet, as I just did the mod half an hour ago :P

I wouldn't recomend u going to high on the VDD, I think that ~1.85 will do the trick for u.
Many people hace burn there mobo's long before 2.2V on VDD.
