What's the freezing point of mineral oil? I could soak my mobo in mineral oil, have a pot on the cpu, so no condensation what so ever. It's also non-electrical-conductive.

Condensation forms when temp drops under ambient, but what if the air I use is dry? I could use a can of CO2 and an enclosure, blow all the air out, then fill it with either CO2 or nitrogen, will it work?

there would be alot of loss of cold with a non insulated pipe, thats half of the reason we use insulation...the other half is condensation
