I just recieved a new set of 2x1gb kit of HZ g.skill pc4000 ram rated at 3-4-4-8 rated at 250mhz. Now, my system has been rock solid at 280x9 with a athlon 3000+ 64 ( not venice, the one before that...winchester??? ). I have had my buddies corsair ram in this computer and got it rock solid with super pi 32m at 285mhz.

My Specs:
athlon 64 3000+
evga nf41 sli mobo with nf4 chipset using 6.70 nvidia drivers and newest e44 bios.
evga 7800gt with 81.98 drivers installed, with silencer installed
NEC 8x dvd burner
sb audigy sound card
wireless xterra systems pci card
mge 550 watt power supply, and an slk-900a thermalright heatsink

So this is the deal, I can't complete the superpi 32m test without errors ever since I got this ram. I run my cpu at a 1:1 ratio so that the cpu is not the limiting factor. at 241mhz fsb, leaving my cpu at 2.17ghz, my ram at 3-4-4-8 1T 241mhz, I get a error on the 7th iteration of 32m. Does anyone have another test I should run? I realize that the evga board isn't the BEST board by anymeans, although it does have 2 pcie 8x slots and 1 16x slot, which is nice :) I got the board for free with my 7800 gt, and I'm probably upgrading to a x1900 and crossfire board in february. I am thinking this ram is bad, I can't get it to boot windows at 260, and it can't even pass superpi at 241.

My voltages are as follows:
cpu 1.6v
vdimm 2.55v
ldt 1.35v
northbridge 1.7v

Thanks for any information, I can always return these to newegg, although that would be a hgue hassle, I'd like to get it done this week if I have to do that.
