It includes a new program called nhancer (http://www.nhancer.com). I found this:

nVidia drivers include a unique feature, that allows them to define profiles for every game, which control various compatibility and optimization aspects.

Lately, this feature has received some new attention, since the new SLI technique requires nVidia to provide such a profile for a game to get any speed improvement. But these profiles are just as interesting even without SLI, just to enhance the gaming experience with any game.

It's not very difficult to create such profiles. The standard control panel, that is a part of nVidia's drivers, already offers a way to create and manipulate those profiles. Unfortunately, the control panel is very cumbersome to use, doesn't offer all options and many people just don't know how to use it.

This is where the nHancer project steps in. With nHancer the creation and management of profiles is very easy, and the user receives as much assistance as he needs, to understand what he's doing.

Additionally, if you don't want to create the profiles yourself, you can simply use our Profile Database, where you can find many optimized profiles for your games.

To see what kind of difference nHancer can make for your games, check out our Visual Comparison of the various Anti-Aliasing modes and Anisotropic Filter modes.

Features
-Create and manage fully automated profiles for all your games
-On-the-fly control of all global settings and all game settings
-Very easy to use, explains all options and their effects, like Anti Aliasing, Anisotropic Filtering, etc.
-Special options for nVidia's SLI feature, allowing you to to use almost every game with SLI even if nVidia doesn't support it
-Offers additional Anti Aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering modes, that are not available through nVidia's control panel
-Automatic preservation of all user defined profiles if another driver is being installed.
-Flexible user interface: change the size of the window and all sub areas
Use the online profile database to download profiles for your games, to enhance your gaming experience without having to explore the various options yourself
-Export and share your profiles with other people by uploading them into the profile database
-User interface and help texts available in various languages (right now English, German, Polish and Spanish)
-Consorts perfectly with nVidia's own control panel and other tools, like aTuner or RivaTuner. nHancer will immediately detect any changes made by any other tool.
