yes you can. a 60ms pinh and a 120ms ping and cost you your life easily.
the guy with the lower ALWAYS has the advantage. unless he is slow and cant aim good.
But if the slower guy has an awp, then he was the advantage in some cases. Bec while hes lagging everyone runs slow too.

It might be down for a little bit or it might have been dropped. I don't remember it being very popular. Anyone know why it's not up?
