Micron 2.5-2-2-5 vs Winbond UTT ?

Hi all!
I think to buy 2x256 hyper-x PC3200 (micron chips, 2.5-2-2-5 304mhz Stable, 3.2V).
Now i have Twinmos UTT 256x2 (2-2-2-5 260mhz stable, 3.3V).

Question : What RAM is faster for SuperPI, 3dmark and gaming ?

2x 256MB is quite slow, since their single sided, but the ones with 304mhz, cas aint nearly as important as ras to cas...

Futher micron (G) - the ones on ballistix... - Did TRFC @ 10, no ram officially supports that as far as I know... (12 on UTT)

micron will win.. probably but the run on some high end 2x512 setups too.
