I have read an article on vr-zone about the basics of modding but i didn't find it very informative. I want to mod my old motherboard, i don't know what brand is it (it is 7 years old). I have found the regulators near the mosfet and i downloaded the datasheet. What should i do next?

If you read it and understand english you wouldn't have to ask this question. My suggestion is that you go back and read, the whole article about it.

I tried Vmods once on a Gigabyte MB. My sig tells it all

Ok. I found the pin which i have to measure it's resistance. But to measure it i must put the one point of the multimeter on the pin but i don't know where to put the other? I can put it in every ground or in the GND pin of the chip?

The motherboard is an SiS. And the chip i refer to is near the two mosfets. The datasheet of the chip can be found here:

You can use a screwhole as ground or even the chassi if you want to, but use a GND if it feels better.
