I want to let you know that WarCat 5.12 is ready to go .
Today TweaksRUs releases XG WarCat 5.12 , tweaked ATI display driver. Once again the Wild Side of the TRU gives you another XG ATI driver: XG WarCat 5.12.
XG WarCat 5.12 driver for ATI video cards .
This version of the driver does not include any of the following : WDM, Control Center .
This version includes the driver, the Control Panel and the ATITool.
*! The Control Panel is not supported by Radeon x1k series !*.
You can download the Control Center from here :

PLEASE UNINSTALL YOUR OLD DRIVER BEFORE INSTALLING THIS ONE .
IT'S VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO IT OR YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SEE ALL THE CHANGES .

Now with support for Radeon X1K series . This utility will give you the ability to overclock your video card and take full advantage of it, change memory timings, remove the clock lock on radeon 9000/9200/9550/9600, change the PCI latency timer, AA options ( now with support for Adaptive AA ) for OpenGL and Direct3D applications, AF options for OpenGL and DIrect3D applications giving you the chance to select between performance and IQ. From now this utility will be included in all WarCats versions.

Changes in XG WarCat 5.12 :
-Better IQ;
-Improves the framerate stability;
-Added new resolutions;
-Improves performance in applications that use intense lightning;
-Improves performance in applications that support bump mapping;
-Vertex shader optimisations for better performance;
-Smooth gameplay;
-My beta testers told me that this set improves lightning and fog effects in games like King Kong;
-Adaptive Anti-Aliasing support. *This technology is supported by the Radeon 9xx0 series and higher*
THIS TECHNOLOGY IS AVAILABLE ONLY IN CATALYST CONTROL CENTER .
