Hi; guys... Which is the following model do you recommend ? I want to use these stick at ddr600 2.5-3-3-5 timings fully stable on dfi ultra-d "7/24"

2.5-3-3-5 is not that easy, more probably 2.5-4-3-7 ... anyway, the FF's have the highest chance at that.

If you have the money you should get the best you can.

If you weren't in it for getting the maximum speed you could as well get a nice 2x 1 GB kit and be done with it.

So if you go to 2x 512 for speed you can as well do it right.

Don't get too excited with DDR600 2.5-3-3-6. Most of them can do DDR600 2.5-3-3-6 but not 24/7 stable. nowadays it is still rare to find a dual channel kit that both do DDR600 2.5-3-3-6 100%.

Like others said 2.5-4-3-6 is more achievable also 24/7 use.

All three are great memory, its up to you what your budget is.

Only FF is DDR600 rated, so i cannot tell you which one you can buy to hit those results.
