Im running these F1-3200DSU2-1GBLE Week 507 chips in my DFI Ultra-D. It took me awhile to get them stable, but I eventually did . So my question is, I can run 255HTT w/2.9v superpi 32M stable. I try upping to 260HTT, superpi errors out after the initial value. But if I up it to 3.0v, superpi 32M completes .

This ram is rated only for 2.6v-2.9v. Why would I need so much more voltage to get them stable at that HTT speed ?

Here is a screen shot at 260HTT superpi 32M stable w/A64Tweaker.

try to lower your trfc to 13 or 14 and see it will give you better result or not. or set everything to auto other than 2.5-3-3-7

Well, that didn't work either. I tried setting everything to AUTO except the 2.5-3-3-7 and dram response to FAST. Here is the screen shot with 2.9v, everything set to AUTO. 260x9 1:1.

The LE's are in the orange slots. Bios 702-1. 80mm fan blowing on the LE's.

Well after letting my machine run at all settings at AUTO expect 2.5-3-3-7. It ran fine last night, but this morning I got a BSOD.

Should I try a different bios ?? I will try rotating them in the orange slots. And see if that does anything.
