Hello everyone, been gone for quite a while but getting back into phase change again.
After much searching I have seen a lot of threads on evap designs and on what makes some better than others, but I have not seen any good numbers to gauge performance with yet. What I would love to know is typically what temperature difference does a good block get between the gas and the cpu. I have been trying design a new block with some heat transfer data and equations out of the ASHRAE handbook and so far the numbers just don't seem right. Thanks a bunch.
