I've been looking at that pump for another project, how loud is the pump itself mechanically?

You need to clear all the air out, i have that kit and it's pretty silent once you get all the air out

I've been tilting side to side, back and forth... still the same so far.

Tap or Flick on the bubbles while your tilting and add some more coolant
