my fps in unreal2oo3 is stuck at 41 fps no matter what i try?
i have an 1800+ @1.760 ghz, 8rda+, 512mb pc3200, ti4200@310gpu and 555mem whats the deal i know somthings wrong because its stops at 41 thanx for any help:)
