it'd probably be best to mount on the top of the case because that's where it has the most space. you could fit a decent sized heater core up there. the only thing, you'll lose two 5 1/4" bays.

see where he mounted his black ice rad? instead of running a resevoir, just use a T and use the space that the resevoir took up for the heater core (the heater core would have to be no larger than the size of two black ice rads side by side). then you'd just have to cut two 120 mm blow holes.
