1.85V CPU voltage
3.2V DDR Voltage
2.0V chipset Voltage
16% HT Voltage

Systems
Venice 3000+ (0544 FPCW)
Abit KN8 SLI (bios 814)
2x MSI NX6600/256MB (SLI)
Gskill 256x2 TCCD

do people not remember that high HTT speeds are ludicrously easy? first really available 754 board the gigabyte k8n pro would do 360htt with dividers out the box, or 9 outta 10 of them would do. 400htt was broken on 754 boards i'm sure, and using clockgen in windows i think anandtech showed 525htt on their crossfire asus board review with the dfi sli board months ago getting 450 or something.

310htt 1:1 is pretty good though, but its really all about mem. socket m2 is calling and ath 64 is dying for some huge , monsterous 1:1 setups.

its the firs abit i see with 300MHz mem at 1:1 1T

not quite, mobo is also very important factor when exceeding 300mhz 1:1 1t.

edit: i just realized iMAX is actually running 2x256mb. thats significantly easier to run >300mhz than 2.512mb.

Actually your wrong. I held 3 abit world records with the An8's. 395 htt, 330fsb 1/1 1T w/TCCD, and 268 fsb 1/1 with Bh-5.

sorry for the late reply, was at work..

thats what i meant, i generally do all of my ocing thru the bios, and not windows. i did some basic tests, and then gamed at 395x7, useing the ddr 200 dvider tho :( i tryed to get my ram to 200mhz with clockgen, but it froze at 397. it didnt like 396 either. i was just messing around, its not something i would run at all the time, i just wanted to see how far the board would go.

Can you guys give me some quick bios settings to set me up for 2500 mhz. I have kn8-sli and venice 3200 and 2 gig of xms ddr400, 6800gs. Thanks for any help you can give me. My stock cpu temps are 25c idle and 32c full load.I dont understand the htt and fsb stuff. I just want a quick and easy 2500 mhz. The manual with this board sucks. My old nf7 2.0 was easy to overclock. This htt stuff has me confused on what to change where.

CPU:

1. Adjust CPU FSB freq.: 250mhz
2. HT freq.: 4x
3. Adjust CPU ratio: auto (or 10)
4.Adjust CPU VID: auto (if your CPU not stable 2500mhz at vocre default, try 1.45V or 1.5V ...)

RAM:

1. Memclock index value: 200Mhz (if 2gig could stable DDR500, if not stable try value 166 ~ 208mhz)
2. CAS: 3
3. Min RAS active: 8T
4. RAS to CAS: 4T
5. Row precharge:4T

Hope it helpful :D
