looks like your cpu is throttling. run the programm throttlewatch, then you will see it.

Yes, I'd also suggest you to get Throttlewatch and check if it's throttling

is it only when your playing on the internet? if so maybe its your firewall, that giving the lag.

Here with my 820 is the same, i have WC, and no throtling, its about 56°c full...

I guees its the PSU, Seventeam 420W,
2x 12v@16A...

VGA its a 6600GT...

i supose that with a game in load, the PSU its not enough because the VGA...

No game its stable here.. with OC in proc...

but i can run 2 prime for 4 hours and no errors...

Mefinks you're overclocked to high.

First off, what kind of PSU do you have?

there is a trick to turn off dep that should fix it (does for the amd guys) also make shure you have the drivers off windows update

you can go to the startup area in the boot.ini delete the /noexcute line

i had a similar problem. but it was due to the graphics card being too highly OC'd ...

yeah, there are some known bugs in games that wont react well to dual core processors...it will cause the speeding up and other things you are experiencing...adding the switches at the end of the boot file helped me
