Banner ads in title bar?

These are new right? I never noticed them before so I figure they're new. I have no problem with them being there but they never load correctly. I did click on a couple figuring they were click through money makers for xtreme. Just wondering if this is a known issue or not?

Not totally positive, but its been a relatively new banner thing. They were up there, just most were not easily noticable. (at least Im pretty sure.. lol)

Some take awhile to load cause its a new banner everytime. I have only really had a proble with it once.

so far the banner is never loading for me. it even causes some problems when i clock the "Back" button in IE. i usually have to click it 2 times to go back 1 page.
