Greetings,
I'm trying to learn Adobe Premiere and I was wondering how do you extract a certain frame from the video, edit it and replace it with the original by using Adobe Premiere. Is there any tutorial out there showing how to do this? Thanks in advance for any help.

I know it is possible to take frames out of the movie by using adobe premiere then edit it with some graphic editing program like photoshop. But, how to you put it back? I tried to do it couple of times but, couldn't do it since premiere recognizes the frame as a graphic file, not as a frame.
